Open the Merchant Settings page and update your branding details including Title, Title 2, Title 3, Primary Color, Font Family, and the Dark Mode toggle. Upload your Logo, Favicon, Banner Top (Web & Mobile), and Banner Bottom (Web & Mobile). These settings control your storefront appearance, header text, and homepage banners. Click Save to apply the changes.
Navigate to Payment Settings and enable or disable UPI using the toggle. If UPI is disabled, UPI-related options and COD will also be disabled. When UPI is enabled, you can activate COD and add your UPI ID, QR Code Image, and optional Advance Payment amount before saving the settings.
Open the product creation page and enter the Product Name, Description, Category, and optional Brand and Subcategory. Add variants with Color Name, Color Code, Images, Trending status, Trend Order, Size, Stock Quantity, Price, Offer Price, and SKU. Multiple variants and sizes can be added before submitting.
Go to Collections → Create Collection, enter the Collection Name and Description, then save it. Open the collection to assign products using the Add Product option. Collections can also be edited or deleted whenever needed.
Open Reports → Sales Report and filter data by Today, This Week, This Month, This Year, or a Custom Date Range. View Total Sales, Revenue by Payment, and Top Products. Use Clear Filters to reset the selected date range.
Open Instagram Integration and click Connect or Reconnect Account. Complete the Facebook/Instagram Business authorization process. Once connected, you can view the Connection Status, Token Expiry, Instagram Business ID, and API Version.
Go to Instagram Products → Add Mapping, select an Instagram post or reel, and link it to a store product. Save the mapping to view the Instagram Media ID, Linked Product, Status, and Product URL. Use Sync Comments whenever you want to refresh Instagram comment data.
